Structural features
The Hydraulic Tool Trap is mainly composed of body, hydraulic control system and lower joint. When working, the wire or cable passes through the slot in the middle of the fork of the stopper. After the tool string is lifted into the anti-drop device, the fork is lifted up into an upright shape. After the tool string is completed through, the fork falls back to the horizontal position under the action of the hydraulic cylinder, and the tool string is blocked in the lubricator.

Sealing, strength test:
Install the pressure test connector, connect the pressure test pipeline;
Start the pressure test pump for pressure test, the test pressure is 105MPa, hold the pressure for 15 minutes, fill in the test record card;
Pay attention to check whether there is leakage outside the fork shaft.
Routine maintenance
Do product test before each well;
After each use,
Check whether the O-ring is damaged and replace it in time;
Check whether the manual fork is flexible;
