Wireline Lubricator Wireline Riser and Slickline Pressure Control Equipment
I.Overview:
A blowout Lubricator is a high pressure riser with a quick coupling that is used to carry downhole tools in and out of a well under pressure. The lower part of the blowout Lubricator is connected with the blowout Lubricator valve, and the upper part is connected with the blowout Lubricator box or grease injection sealing system. In the case of blowout Lubricator operation, the multi-section blowout Lubricator combination can be selected according to the length of the tool.The Wireline Riser hold basic tool strings such as rope socket, weight stem bar, and jars.
II.Structural features:
The Wireline Riser is composed of a cylinder and a flange. Among them, the barrel body is the main pressure part, which contains the tool string inside and is the body part of the nozzle. The flange part is sealed by the gasket ring to ensure the tightness of the connection between the nozzle.
III.Any size can be customized according to customer requirements.
IIII.Pressure test:
1,The Wireline Lubricator should be regularly tested to withstand pressure, and the test pressure is 1.5 times the working pressure.
2, Install the pressure test connector and connect the pressure test pipeline;
3, Start the pressure test pump for pressure test: press to 1.5 times the working pressure, keep the pressure for 15 minutes without leakage, fill in the test record card.
